I still think that testimonial needs to be near the bottom to look more realistic unless that person is posing as the product owner, there is no reason to have that video at the top and would hurt sales.

The site has amazing convertion so I see no need to change it.

I have new projects that need my attention, I outsource most things but still I need to focus less on somethings and more on others.
