Hello I have some very old adword account with my credit card attached since 3 years also spended some money in this account I need your help guys I want to promote some offers in adword Can you plz suggest what kind of offer run well without been blocked by Google What Can I do with this account I have no idea plz help

Make offer related lender page and promote it direct with offer name. Dont used any clocker or redirection it will be risky for account. That's it
