Need advice to rank single page Tool site.

Hi folks,
I need some expert advice to rank a tool site. basically there is only single page, so am thinking to write some content related to the tool and will add some FAQs related to that...
what else I can do??

explain briefly about your tool, with the attractive heading, explainer video about your tool, pricing table, trail offers, testimonials, FAQ, the refund policy and terms and conditions (footer). sounds good ?

If it is the kind of tool I have in mind, I think the SEO is just a side effect of networking, Brand awareness and social buzz.

My favorite tool is ColorPicker: http://www.colorpicker.com/) (it redirects because they were acquired)

It used to be a one pager.

It used to be all over the design forums and Facebook groups.

Also, top 10 [tool] lists.

All of these things result in baklinks as side effect.

My approach would be to reverse engineer something similar that is already out there.
