need advice to download swf file

i want to upload flash content in my server

can anyone suggest me wich program is the best to download .swf files?

If you're trying to create a flash site - then use Adobe Flash MX. ALthough I would say avoid flash, because it's really outdated to use flash for your entire site.

If you're trying to download, just view the source and look for the path to the swf and download it using a download manager like DAP.

i have flash game site...
for this moment i grab games from other sites: i view other sites page source and from it i grab swf file and is this method seo-friendly?
