Need advice, thought, & experience to my aged domain

Hi guys,

I just bought an aged domain 23 days ago. That domain was ex Russian site and i planned build it to be my money site for local casino blog.
The domain has been installed WP since 22 days ago and i have created approximately 10 contents with 400-500 words since it was built.

Until yesterday google has indexed 5 from 10 contents. The last content i published on Sept 22 and it indexed, but the content on Sept 19 doesn't index by google. In my mind there have something wrong with this domain. So i register this domain to GWT today, as you know this domain was an aged domain and i never register it to GWT. Once its registered at GWT, i submitted the rest content then it indexed by google at the time.

At the same time with create the content, i also give the back link from my own PBN. I've dripped 5 back links and it dripped with interval 3 days once 1 back link. This back link i dripped recently after i know the google didn't index the rest content
Questions:

1. Does my aged domain is not clear or have a problem ?
2. Whether aged domain can overrun back link when the domain indexed by google? I checked on a free tools website, this domain just got registered for 22 days ago. Is this means this domain appertain a new domain?
3. Continued from second question, how we call this "aged domain" or "expired domain"? seeing from register date and whois.domaintools written "create on 2015-09-02
4. Which one better for drip a back link waiting until one of the content indexed and ranked by google or starting it once google index the domain or you guys have a span time to starting dripping?

Would be good to get you thoughts and experience on this.

I don't expecting a miracle happened in 22 days. I know i need time to build it up.


Let's say the domain name is "xxx"


The problem is whether xxx not good enough? This question coming because the articles indexed by google very slow and not consecutively by date. And when the right time to start give backlink from PBN to xxx? Because I've bad experience previously, bought a new domain then gave 60 backlinks from PBN within 1 week (at the time the domain age just 20 days), i got penalty sandbox by google. So, i tried to buy an aged domain (this domain i'm talking about above)


As i know aged domain is domain never drop and still registered (correct me if i wrong). In this case when i examine xxx at whois.domaintools (dot)com and checkpagerank (dot)net, written xxx created on Sept 2, 2015 (less than 1 month). So i confused whether xxx is a new domain or an aged domain?

If you guys say xxx is an aged domain, could i give a back link immediately? or waiting until some of the articles get ranked at google?
