Need Advice: Selling a Monetized Facebook Page ?

Hi everyone,
I need a bit of advice. I have a Facebook page about learning foreign languages with around 80,000 followers. The page is already monetized and has earned about $35 so far.

Lately, I’ve been quite busy and don’t have much time to manage it, so I’m thinking about selling the page.
Does anyone have any idea how much a page like this could sell for?
If you’ve sold a page before, I’d really appreciate it if you could share some price range or rate info.

80K followers is decent, but buyers will normally look at things like:

• where the audience is from

Usually per any business (that includes an online page as well) the price is worth around 3x to 5x of total YEARLY earnings. You can sell the page here on the marketplace but I believe you will need a Jr. VIP subscription to do that.

Most buyers value engagement more than follower count on Facebook.
Consistent views and active interaction usually increase the page’s value.

On Facebook, buyers often look at average post reach, reactions, and audience location before deciding a price.

There's no specific price, but why not use it to find customers and sell them language courses? This could help you earn more money.

My page's engagement primarily comes from Southeast Asia, and it seems this customer segment isn't highly regarded in terms of quality.

I honestly don't know how to make money from this page yet.
