Thanks guys for all you're replies, yes i do have tracking number and it does say delivered however this is not "good" enough as it doesnt state it was delivered to his address, it just says delivered. I asked paypal a simple question "why would it take him 3 months after it was "meant" to be delivered to request a chargeback, also why would he email me through ebay saying "yes i have received the product", also for god sakes why would he leave me a positive feedback through ebay if he hadnt received it.
Yet everything went against me and they took the money plus money on top all because i didnt have the actual receipt (that i admit was careless of me, but 3-4 months after i received the feedback couldnt of known there would be a chargeback that was coming).I do have his address and i have emailed him telling him, if you dont sort this out asap then i will have to pay him a visit, but no response yet.
Btw this was paypals last response to me when i had asked them simple questions
