    Hi all.

recently i am getting so many emails from PayPal to solve charge backs and unauthorized access disputes from different buyers. My business is about virtual goods and i won all battles regarding undelivered items and so on. But never get a chance to win those charge back and unauthorized access as i am not a US seller, means seller protection is disabled. my question is how can i protect my self from such buyers behavior. i am really losing so much from those disputes.

Appreciating any advice to help me out.

    Leo

I don't think one could win a "chargeback" case, because the customer simply made his bank chargeback the amount, in that case paypal is forced to return his money and therefore you are forced as well

    Thanks for your response.

I understand the chargeback issue, may i ask what about unauthorized access disputes filled thru PayPal?

Many smart ass people use fake/stolen PP accounts to buy for free so to speak.
Or they use legitimate accounts and use advantage of refunds.
Vendors accepting PP had and have difficult times, especially when selling virtual stuff.

There is however one paid service, which prevents such cases. I don't remember www adress, but it was mentioned in this forum.

Perhaps sort out a Fraud Detection system. There are many out there, its better to pay a small amount for that than keep losing chargebacks/disputes.
