Need advice on good software to use for quiz+test building

Hi all,
I have a website which is to do with languages. Basically it tests your knowledge using a series of tests. I need to build and create those tests, but I don't know what to use. I currently use Flash based quiz builders but google doesn't like flash ( I dont rank well in google, I rank page 1 both Yahoo and Bing but page 4 on google ). So basically what I need is a software or some script or anything that could help me create tests containing 20 questions with multiple choice answers ( Sometimes there are 2 correct answers) and visually nice looking. I need this so google can rank my website too. Any help is appreciated guys

A quick Google search turned up a bunch of options, some of which are apparently free.

Alternately, learn Django/Python or Ruby on Rails. Django/Rails will handle a lot of the HTML and database stuff and then you're basically just scripting the quiz.

I am new to programming but how do a newbie use Ruby on Rails with Windows 7 PC? Please help. What do I need to download?

if your site is built in Drupal there is a nice free test module for it, otherwise use one of the educational softwares like Moodle. If your using WorPress, try Watu, the free version should do what you want.

I would recommend you to have a look at Joomla! Quiz Deluxe (if your cms is Joomla, of course)
i have been using it for a while and can definitely say that is a great tool.
