Need Advice on Generating traffic on my websites

Hello there,
I bought 20 automated websites from flippa. All the contents on the sites are copied from somewhere or youtube. I have setup ads and all. Now the question to me is where to start and how to start. I have setup facebook pages for them. Should I go paid promotion? Or any other approach?

Yes. But I am ready to be patient and work consistently. I can spend around 4 hours daily. So instead of trying by myself I would like to get some advice from someone who has already worked on such kind of websites

Sites are Wordpress?
One of the ways is to open a bunch of social media accounts for each site and setup SNAP - than share each update to social media automatically and this result in some traffic.
