    Hi I just found a keyword.

    Exact Monthly Searches: 40,500
    Estimated CPC: ?2.58

    "keyword" Search Result: 122
    inurl:"keyword" Search Result: 39
    intitle:"keyword" Search Result: 149
    inurl:"keyword" intitle:"keyword" Search Result: 37

    Top10 Results:

    P PR A B
    1 6 0 3053
    2 0 0 243
    4 4 0 12
    5 3 0 45
    6 2 0 2
    7 1 0 0
    8 3 0 3
    9 0 0 4
    10 0 0 0

    P = Position
    PR = Page Pagerank
    A = Age
    B = No. of Backlinks

    None of the top 10 results are optimized for the keyword, i.e. it is not in title, desc & does not have an h1 tag with the keyword.

    What do you guys think? Is it easy to rank for?

    depends if big players in your niche already hold the top spot and have "unmoveable" authority..(wiki, walmart, amazon, etc)

    If this ISNT the case then it would be fairly easy to rank for, just based on the info. you have given..

    The 1st position is taken up by a root domain but from what I can see, the keyword is not included in the domain and as i daid title, desc & h1 tag are not optimized.

    Finally to answer your question, no I don't think it is an unmovable authority.

    If you are absolutely sure that your figures are correct I would say don't sleep until you have bought the domain, set up the site, got your content and done your backlinking!

    Looks like that could be a massive goldmine by going with your figures, are sure they are correct?

    If so : you need to get cracking and getting a site up and some pure unique content and give it some high page rank same exact niche linkjuice and you'll shoot to the top, if those stats are correct.

    So, took all your advise, ordered domain, ordered articles will start building site this weekend and start promoting next week. My plan is that after my sites and all pages get indexed, I'll spin the articles, submit them via senuke with backlink to my main site, and link the articles with some web2.0 profiles.

    Do you recomend I blast the site via scrapebox? If so, should I use the keyword as the name? Or should i just blast the properties created with senuke?

    Thanks for the opinions guys much appreciated..

    Nice keyword. If you are blasting your site with scrapebox, make sure that you only blast to unique domains. Don't blast your link to 1000's of pages of the same domain.
