Need advice for backlink strategy

Hello.
I try to keep it short. i created around 70 tier 1 web 2 propertys with included video, pic and everything manually. it is only wordpress and squeedo because the support german. So i have 35 blogs and lenses there.

i have not even backlinked from there because i like to do that on the end when black magic is over.

Now i need to boost this 70 sides. since i have no tools myself to do that anyway i need to buy that service. but the question is what is good or what is best to do?

make another tier web2 for the first layer and blow then this new tier web2.
or is direct good as well. i did read about maybe problems of getting the profiles deleted when doing that to much.

Would be nice if i can get some advice or some who can help me with his service for that.

It's the weekend and a lot of people are not working so that is probably why the response is low.

I'd be hitting that with social bookmarks, doc share sites, microblogs as well as a nice scrape box blast that you can buy from the user Paper-Boy on this site.
