Is there any small online business ideas that can be start with little as $100 . I have searched online , but nothing is helping . So it would be helpful if you guys share some ideas. Thanks.

classic advice number 1 is reinvesting into whatever you did to make those 100 usd.
classic advice number 2 is to buy a domain and start a blog of your passion (i don't like this one tbh)
tbh it depends a lot on how much time and effort you are willing to put on. full time? part time? passive income (this is generally not a thing at your budget without skills)?

sign up on clickbank.com or cj.com or any other affiliate network. you can use affpaying.com to find reviews or offervault.com to find a particular offer that interests you
next buy a domain from namesilo.com. stick with .com -- $10
once you find a decent offer you will be given a your affiliate link. make your .com domain redirect to that link. if you know a bit of web design you can buy a web hosting package and design a site. or use some landing page design service. but direct linking the offer is fine for beginners.
now the hard part - find places to promote your offer. the free way is find blog posts relevant to the offer you picked and write an intelligent comment promoting your offer. post a few hundred times. eventually you will get a sale.
alternative methods are get started on bing ads which is cheaper and more beginner friendly than google ads imo.
this is just the jist of it. people have written huge essays explaining things deeper. there's an inifnite amount of unique ways to do things with minimal bankroll. keep reading bhw. skim through all the index and open every thread that has 100+ "likes". spend a few days just studying, bookmarking, and taking notes. then take action.

$100 is more than enough to buy a domain name or two and host for 2, maybe 3 years.
Build, build and build more...
The process of learning & testing is difficult.
Just don't invest money in some nonsense...
