Need Advice About X^^^.com domain name

Hi I want to buy a domain name its first character is X for build a website that offer mobile application so I fear google categorize this website as an adult content or decrease website rank or do something like that cause the letter X HAVE A BAD REPUTATION.
I contacted the domain owner and he agreed with the price.
what do you think should I buy it or leave it?

IMO yes when users see the letter x that will assume it is an adult site but if you build the site and brand name up to look professionally ppl will no longer associate your site to be porn related.

The letter "X" itself does not have a "bad reputation" and is most certainly NOT automatically associated with adult - depending of course on what the rest of the name is....

A domain that starts with Xylephone, Xena, XEvil, Xrumer, Xpectations, Xenophobia, Xcountryskiis, Xchange, Xcalibur, Xing, (and a million other things that I'm not going to take the time to list) are clearly not auto-categorized as adult... Is the rest of the domain name suggestive in any way, or become suggestive if paired with "x"? that's the only way your domain would be associted with adult..

So get your mind out of the gutter LOL

Just kidding. The letter X is just that. Nothing bad about it.

Now if you said it starts with xxx, then maybe somehing to consider.

Google doesn't consider x to be adult but xxx is adult sign. If you have a legit brandable site, then people will ignore x in domain name. You can avoid it if the other characters in domain name are suggestive in any manner.
