Need advice about an EMD domain name please...

Hi all, ive come across an exact match domain name its similar to this condosforsaleflorida.com

would you use a domain like that or stay away from it?

They don't carry the same weight as they used to do, but I still use EMDs.

Depends on what you're using it for though, Adsense or as a rank & rent.

Sometimes a brandable name works better.

Obviously, it depends on how you plan to use it, but in any case, check it's history first through the "Web Archive". Personally I would use it only in case if the niche (or KW you are targeting) is not really competitive and if I won't invest a lot of effort in it's promotion (like a little experiment or something like that).

Its a rank and rent site ( or pay per listing ), so would you avoid it and go for a brandable name instead?
