Hello. I am in need of a VPS with loose terms of service as they regard to "non nude" and jailbait websites. I must first be clear that I do not intend to break the law. According to the law here (2257), a website is not in violation of the law simply because it features sexy girls who are just a couple years under 18, in bikinis or undies or things like that. My sites generally feature sexy girls photos, and we do try to remove photos that are underage, but here and there some high school aged girls slip by us, or they are possibly underage but do not look young enough to say for certain, so they are not removed.
To be even more clear, no photos anywhere show nude genitals/nipples, no photos show sexual contact (genital/oral/anal), no lascivious exhibition of genitals (no legs spread, essentially). We are a "non nude teen" site.
I know this is in a moral gray area, but we believe to the best of our research that we are well within the laws. However, several web hosts have already rejected us based on this description of our site. Although we already have hosts, we are looking to branch out into several companies, to not put all our eggs in one basket.
Does anyone know any reputable hosts that would be okay with sites like these? I assume I am looking for porn hosts, but have yet to receive any good referrals. Feel free to PM me.
