Actually they offer the same services that most panels use, just a bit more expensive that other panels. Nice try though
 
Which panels on BHW have you tried so far ? There are many smm panels here with solid reviews.
 
Something I have noticed, if you have not reached the watch time requirement, chances are it is not worth monetizing your channel.
If you are getting 1,000 a views a video, don't monetize it. Its not worth it.
Sometimes people click off channels with ads, especially smaller channels. You should focus on growing the channel rather than monetizing it. Once the channel has a lot of active viewers, then monetize it.
 
Try YTbot. they are pretty good and have a thread in the Social media section

Could you pleae explain what's wrong with monetizing it first, then growing the audience? Isn't it better to get 1$ a month, than getting nothing for many months?

But now, there are ads on non monetized videos. YouTube can put ads even if you are not affiliated.

Not all channels have this.

Not really. I don't think anyone here is trying to get $1 a month. You also need to remember that if someone is visiting a channel for the first time and your video has little views, if they get an ad, there is a decent chance that they will decide to click off the video and go to another.
