Be sure you vett the writer pretty strong on this.

Odds are you are not going to find a black belt on here but someone that is good at research should be able to give you quality.

I'm real familiar with Six Sigma and I bet that this is something that @alwaysinvisible could write on... you'll pay a good buck but you'll get real quality.
