Hi,

I am after a wordpress theme asap...

I am renting out an apartment and need a simple theme where I can display pictures, contact numbers...

I will be blasting adwords at it, btw

That's what I got for being new, I still can not pm. So heads up hoss you want to run ads I would use "Alvin Phang's - Atomic Theme". The whole theme is one integrated ad, from social networking to adsense to click bank affiliates, and ofcourse seo integration on the back end. If you want to add the "SEO Pressor Plug-in" on top of that theme you will truly kick some butt.

there are a lot of themes in wordpress theme page. why would you pay if you can get tons of them for free?

Quality, functionality, and setup for starters. Unless you can design them yourself, sometimes you have to pay for the better stuff.
