Need a wordpress plugin designer

I hired someone to help finish writing a custom wordpress voting plugin. The project is 75% complete and the coder flaked out. I need someone to make some minor tweaks to the source code and possibly design another plugin from scratch upon successful completion of this project.

Requirements:

1. Must speak English.
2. Must have Skype and working email.
3. Must have experience coding wordpress plugins.
