Need a Website for an Online Store

My brother & I are looking to sell Cell Phone Accessories and want to open on online store! So we need a website created, hosting, etc... I have found a domain name that is available but haven't purchase yet b/c we are on a tight budget so we are still trying to figure everything out. We know the cost of everything but the website/hosting stuff so that's what we need to base everything else off of...

We would like our website/online store to be similar to wirefly's, offering our products with shopping carts, different shipping methods, promotional code box, wholesalers section, affiliate tab (which I'm not to familiar with), a way to add video to website or upload youtube videos. Also if you could help us with marketing techniques for our website via google, indexing (not familiar with lol), seo, all that good stuff!

Please let me know if you can do everything that I've requested and how much you would charge and if you could let me know what the monthly/maintenance costs would be on the site such as hosting etc..
