I'm kind of confused, let me understand what you are trying to achieve:
1- you are a French language teacher, who teaches French in an Arabian country, right?
2- you would like to create a website, in Arabic language? to teach target Arabian people who like to learn French language? or improve their language? I understand that the countries in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria .... people there speak good French, are you from these countries, are you trying to target them, or are you trying to target the Arabian countries in some other part of Arabs world who don't speak French, like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, maybe Egypt, maybe Lebanon (as many people in the last two countries do speak French).
3- What exactly you want to teach? A-Z of the French language, or who wants to learn how to pronounce? ....
As if you are trying to make a website that people sign up, login to meet you in person over a cam to learn the language on a face to face bases, and use your materials ... then you do need a different type of membership website, and some certain apps or plugins in order to achieve that.
But, if you are trying to put the website up, in Arabic language, talk about the French language .... and lure your students to your website, so they can visit, and then you display ads related to your niche, and make money of the adsense? then that is a totally different story, in this case, you need a wordpress website, you need to learn how to fix it SEO wise, in Arabic.
You need to explain more about your goals, so we can see if we have some good advise for you.
