as you said you good content writer just use it , you can work for someone , i mean company maybe all what includes , also you can make blog , good posts a lot ways .

If it is a new website, I guess you want to get it indexed with Google. Write some good articles and submit your website in Google Search Console. This will help you rank quickly.

Another way is to post your website link on websites that already have Google News approval. Try to reach out to websites that are in your niche or something like thewiki Network which is also in Social Networking.

This way, your articles will get indexed on Google much quicker and you will get good exposure from those websites as well.

Do not go with blogger. Blogger is an outdated platform that does not have any future. Even if you know how to use it you should not use it if you are serious about your business.

I strongly recommend that you should build a website with Wordpress. You need to take some time to learn how to use it and trust me, it is not that difficult. Even a kid can learn. You may refer any Wordpress video tutorial on You Tube and you are good to go.

You will find plenty of themes that support teaching language. They will make your life easy. LMS can be integrated in your website so that you create language courses (from Arabic to French) with ease.

It is true that hosting will take some money but do not worry, you wont need a big enterprise level hosting in your early days. A small shared hosting will be enough for you to get started.

You can go with ionos hosting. Last time I checked, they were giving 1 year hosting for only $12 along with a free .com domain. As for revenue beside AdSense, you have many options like affiliate marketing, building an email list or sponsored posts. Although, I will suggest you to focus on building your site first. Monetization is the easy part. Growth is the difficult one. Best of luck in your new journey!!

I'd recommend Wordpress, it's easy to get the hang of, hugely supported worldwide and loads of plugins to customise the site without needing to really know any code. Even with plugins like elementor make it easy to drag and drop WYSIWYG type editor builders so it's super easy.

It also makes things like SEO easier as you can get plugins to help optimise titles, descriptions and more.

Think about your content strategy - use free trials on SEMRUSH and AHREFS to find easy keywords with low difficulty.

1- you are a French language teacher, who teaches French in an Arabian country, right?
2- you would like to create a website, in Arabic language? to teach target Arabian people who like to learn French language? or improve their language? I understand that the countries in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria .... people there speak good French, are you from these countries, are you trying to target them, or are you trying to target the Arabian countries in some other part of Arabs world who don't speak French, like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, maybe Egypt, maybe Lebanon (as many people in the last two countries do speak French).
3- What exactly you want to teach? A-Z of the French language, or who wants to learn how to pronounce? ....

As if you are trying to make a website that people sign up, login to meet you in person over a cam to learn the language on a face to face bases, and use your materials ... then you do need a different type of membership website, and some certain apps or plugins in order to achieve that.

But, if you are trying to put the website up, in Arabic language, talk about the French language .... and lure your students to your website, so they can visit, and then you display ads related to your niche, and make money of the adsense? then that is a totally different story, in this case, you need a wordpress website, you need to learn how to fix it SEO wise, in Arabic.

You need to explain more about your goals, so we can see if we have some good advise for you.

Then just design a wordpress site, try to find some discounts here. You will need to promote it on social media who speak Arabic, work hard to get traffic, because that is the most thing you need in order to get your adsense works for you, there is no magic here. It is hard at the start, give it time, but again, why not research and see if your idea is worth the work first, because a lot of time we think we will do good in something, work hard on it (like the case of you with the satellites ..), then get burned out from the very hard work to find out not many people interested in that subject or niche.
I'm not sure if offering French learning sites to Arabian people is worth the effort or money, because many of the countries who want to improve their French do come from poorer countries such as Tunisia, or Morocco or even Egypt, these people will not help you build a business.
If you do know very good French, may I suggest switch the plan, maybe? offer Arabic courses to French speakers? LOL, the French do have money, then post on these French social medias such as instagram, TIK TIK (spcifically the travelers, nomads ...) and try to do videos on how to speak a little Arabic when visiting Egypt or Morocco. There tons and tons of EU people who love to go Arabian countries to visit or even spend time there like a few months, I have seen some good nomads facebook groups, where some even asked if there were people teaching some Arabic in zooms and such, you can build some good clients this way. Your French does not have to be perfect or your English, you are going to teach them some basic Arabic to get by when they visit some Arabian countries. Join FB groups of travelers from US or EU, offer inexpensive 1-2 hours plans at the start to get your name out there. Once you get popular, you can fill up your site with good stuff in French, this way, you will be able to get more visitors, and then your adsense will work better.

Put a 1-2 year plan, write the strategy, from A-Z, start with A, then B, then C, and you can then change it along the way.
