Need a provider for single video

So,

I need about 9-12k views and 70-90 likes for one video to kickstart something I think has potential. Not channel views, not subscribers, not ranking, etc. ONLY views and likes for a single video.

The most important thing is that the views don't drop. If you can guarantee that, i'll gladly pay more than for any other cheap provider.
