I think you want to say VPN, not VPS.
VPN - virtual private network
VPS - virtual private server - which a PC, server, linux machine that is hosted on a server and you access it remotely.
In which case, if you need a VPN, there is no such thing as a residential VPN. Most commercial VPN providers have datacenter servers shared between their clients. So, if you get a VPN for your router, you will end up using data center/ server connections

All I need is VPS.
With VPS, I can set up socks5 in shadowsocks myself, and shadowsocks supports most routers, so I can easily use the proxy in the router. Let each device connected to the router enjoy the proxy.（github.com/sirzdy/shadowsocks）
But VPN does not work, VPN can only be on the PC. So what I need is VPS.
Regarding VPS, private residential IP, do you have a recommended supplier?

IMO a residential VPS is not gonna happen. A residential ISP would never allocate IP space to a hosting company.
If you're looking for a residential VPN you can use the free p2p ones which give you access a residential connection, although really slow, still usable.

Sorry, but I see a lot of people make the mistake VPN vs VPS and don't know exactly what each one does.
Regarding your request, I never heard of a VPS having residential IP, as most of them are located in data centers.
However, you could try reaching smaller VPS providers or you could set your VPS to forward its requests through a residential proxy network.
Other than that, I don't see anysolutionn.
