Need a person to get LTE proxy

I am looking for a person preferrably in europe to set up a 4g or LTE proxy for me.

That means, I need that person to
- have a phone that the person don't use
- get a SIM card with mobile access (important! I pay for it)
- either installing teamviewer on OR setting up some sort of remote access / proxy setup

I need the person to do two things essentially:
- grant me access to the phone to browse the internet
- get me SMS that may come into that phone to verify services


The person who can do that for me will be practically my right hand for a long time. That means, long term work and good pay.

What you want is a mobile proxy with full access to the underlying system so you can receive the SMSes, too. That means a dedicated proxy server, not only proxy.
I don't see a way how this can be done via a mobile phone by a normal person, but maybe I'm wrong.

Actually he can. Both turn the phone to an LTE proxy that he has control over and also pickup SMS automatically whenever it comes. The real issue is finding someone willing to host the service on a spare powered phone for him in Europe.
