need a nice looking wordpress site created

hello, i need help to create a simple yet nice/clean looking wordpress website for a construction company. it will be 5 pages to start with (home, about, contact us, services, blog). my vision is standard website: logo and company name top left, phone number top right, navigation, maybe an big static image or even 3 sliding ones, content below. thats it. let me know who might be able to help. i know wordpress and how to use it on the backend just never created it from the bottom up. i know its a simple project for someone that knows this stuff. get at me

$500!? haha please tell me you're joking. either that or you must think its my 1st time in front of a computer. i could get a freelancer to do this for $100-$150 max. we are essentially talking about a simple 5 page wordpress template.

He offered you custom wp design. not just some free wp templates.

For a custom wp design, $500 is still cheap.

As already mentioned, custom work is expensive for a reason. I wouldn't even open Photoshop for less than $500 when it comes to designing a custom theme from the ground up. It's obviously not what you're looking for, but high converting and unique designs are priceless.
