I see you have ambitious plan in promotion your product. But be brave to face truth, having 10k+ it's not enough to boost traffic to 1 million installs. You must use additional maket tools in promotion your project. Try SMM, Thematic Blogs, trending person review and others.
And meaning BS installs - it's very individual understanding, because some thinks that incent traffic is BS, but for many developers it helped to rise in Google Store. So it's better to define what causes of traffic you can't stand and what suits you most. Each methods have its pros and cons. Define for yourself what you need most.
