Majority of users here will rather send installs to networks that bundle offers because they will earn more. Nobody here will sell installs for 0,01$ per install. Even if you offer 0,30$ per install I doubt you will find anyone willing to send traffic. If you are making good money from ads I suggest you offer users rev share option.

I do EXACTLY what you do and know that this is the worst way of finding a bulk supplier of installs. You won't get far calling forum members retards on your first thread.

I'd prepare 250k$ if I wanted 1kk installs still this amount would be hard to get.
There are lots of PPI affiliate programs out there and they are around for a while so anyone who generates that huge stream of installs is already with them. You must at least outbit their rate for anyone to take risks dealing with an unknown publisher like you.

This is adware and is considered to be very blackhat. Being you I'd expect to see your ad network account banned in no time since few to no networks want this type of activity.
