I've got the call center, a fantastic LEGIT product (tens of thousands of customers already), clean backend support..

Tried to have my own team generate traffic via posting on CL and it worked at first then - epic fail- we got the IP blacklisted. We need a pro to generate traffic to our site or through any of our toll free #s.. my team will close the deal and you get paid. Our close rate is pretty high too -almost 10%

At least worth the look.. You can check out my product at Shred My Record then PM me, plenty of assets to support this (templates, TV ads, SEO..)

$10 per close? You want loads of leads....but will only pay $10 per close via telemarketing....and your close rate is 10%. What an amazing offer you have there.

not trying to be lame - help me to structure a better offer? I'm serious here.

It totally depends on the product and how easy it will be to generate leads.

What is a lead to you? Is it an old lead list of a million people that you want to blast with calls, then fine...

If it is the type of lead form that can generate 1000 leads relatively easy...then 1.00 per lead is ok. If it is a mortgage lead...and 10 leads is a good day...then you better be paying more like $50-100 for a good lead with criteria.

Paying by close....is an awful deal no matter how you structure it.

1. We have no control over how shitty your closers are.
2. We have no way to verify if you did in fact close a sale..other than trust..which doesn't exist in Internet marketing.
3. You have no risk...we have all the risk.

If you want real leads (not lists)...you have to take the plunge and pay by the lead...and it is going to cost you. If you can't afford to pay for leads up front or as they are delivered...then you are lying about your call center and you are simply middle manning the deal.

If it is a mortgage lead...and 10 leads is a good day...then you better be paying more like $50-100 for a good lead with criteria.

If you are paying per closing for a mortgage lead, you are violating RESPA.

That could get you in serious trouble.

I meant pay by lead...not by close. If it is pay by close...it better be more like $500-$1000 depending on loan amounts. I would never accept a pay by close deal....EVER...but if I did...I wouldn't worry about the mortgage broker rules...I would worry about being able to enforce my contract with them since it is based on a violation of mortgage broker rules.

Lots of marketing violates rules of professional conduct in certain professions...but it still happens all the time. Most lawyers that market heavily violate these rules every day....but as long as they pay...they rarely get caught.

I will gladly pay $10 to people who want to send me leads and I get the client.

Hell get $1200 per client and only have to pay $10. I can handle that.

nothing to do with mortgages. We offfer criminal record clearing services. don't need a million blind incoming calls coming in though- need people who know what our service is when they call-- already paid a "guru" that gen'd 5K calls by posting that we had tons of open jobs to fill- he was working with a switchboard "repping" model.. i call it bait and switching. lotsa po'd folks calling in.

i'd be interested in discussing a pay per lead structure for sure. if the calls (or clicks coming in) are legit- its worth every penny.

I would suggest upping your payout. If you want to get some big boys sending traffic you have to make it appetizing for them. Most companies with rebills will pay a lot up front because they know that many will stay paying the $9.95 per month.

Hit me up. I may be interested.

Why don't you just use a CPA network for that ?
