Need a Keyword Tool Suggestion

Hey All,

I was wondering what tools you use to find your Keywords, both short and long tails? Obviously I use Google Keyword tool but is there something else you can recommend?

I saw a video once which told you how many back-links you'd need for that keyword to rank number one, anyone know what tool this is?

We also use Google keyword tool because it's very useful for SEO person, easy to understand and some other great Features.

Some other keyword tools are available for use like seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/ and other is wordstream.com/seo-keyword-tool.

look at your top 20 competitors in your niche, plug their domains in spyfu, semrush, raventools, and seomoz and you'll have a good idea on what keywords to rank for

The above tools are free.
Scrapebox can also do keyword analysis for you.

Try out hittail for long tail terms. SEObook keyword tools works great for sure. I don't rely upon Google adwords data though...

Do you find Market Samurai to be helpful, I'm not impressed so far, it's really slow and all the keywords seem to be high ranking.

I only use Google Adword Tool and Marketsamurai
With Market Samurai you will get a trial version here
