    Hi

One of my client purchase number of expired domains time to time under .com.au extension. he lives in Australia and he registered a business in there and also he has ABN number for this business.

Today he got an email from domain registration company as below.

"We have received a request from auDA (the governing body of .au domains) to provide further information regarding the eligibility of the domains, as they are unable to determine the registrant’s eligibility from the information in the .au database or via any information on the registrant’s website."
    etc.

We purchased these domains from the different username with the same business information. All those domains are expired domain and already there some sites under that domains,

Could anyone know exactly auDA (the governing body of .au domains) can remove ownership from us? because of a different name is registration details?.

How many domains can we purchase for a business in Australia?

    Thanks in Advance
