Need a good VPS/VPN - Paypal Keeps getting Limited

What about using RU as home address, registering through eB.com, listing with an address that you're saying "Shipping from Dallas, US" internationally (Global), and saying in the listing that the item was brand new, "Made in US"? Those people from SG/HK will buy your product again.

About the 2nd question - nah, not based in US . If I was, I again wouldn't use ANY VCCs that require matching AVS, neither US VPS/VPN, nor US bank accs/address/etc., nor creating US PP acc (the biggest mistake).

going legit with a corporation/LLC is a lot less hassle than doing all these gyrations to avoid paypal rules, since I am paying all taxes, and 100% legit in IRS's eyes.

And if you're not in US, perhaps you don't understand the power IRS has to screw you. They are the only entity that can declare you guilty and seize your stuff without you having a chance to defend yourself in a court of law.

My 2cent Get Dedicated USA Private proxy it will be fine

Don't use a VPN, use dedicated socks 5 proxies or a VPS.

Or just ring your ISP and tell them to change you IP address... VPN's will get your PayPal locked. (ie. logging in from 2 country's within 24 hours; USA and UK VPN)

VPN'S no good unless your a verified business with paypal and they know you so they won't care much of your ip. If you can't get dsl/cable where your at then get a dongle.

Wow I am planning to start on ebay.com and I read thru this post hoping to find an answer to my 2 unresolved questions:
1) Do I need to use a US address to register as a seller on Ebay.com or can I register using my actual address which is in India? I would prefer to use India address if there is no problem.
2) Do I absolutely need to use a VPN / Proxy? I just want to use one ebay account. I don't mind disclosing my location in India to ebay if eBay doesnot have a problem with that.

Those are my 2 questions. But after reading the posts and replies, I am even more confused.
