Need a Facebook messenger bot that will message users that like a specific page

I've done some research and I'm struggling to find this...

I currently am trying to grow my business page. I want to find a bot that will automatically send a message to Facebook users that like a specific page.

For example: My Facebook page would message users that like "Target" with a specific message that I select. I then would answer their responses manually.

Does something like this exist?
