Need a domain :(

Didnt Paypal say that these rules are on action from the march? huh? I am an Indian, and has a verified buissness account, and I dont find any problems in spending money online for all payments except Subscriptions, since I dont have a CC added to my paypal.

And, to add, I just bought a domain yesterday as well!! Works like a charm!

Hey thanks :) will u please help me or just explain how can I get the domain as I too don't have CC with paypal...
 
Hey Guys :) I just got my domain and paid through Alertpay :) shutting down my paypal account now....

yaa Sure will share it...will compile it in a couple of days and then will post,,,actually m bit busy in my exams ;) otherwise it was supposed to be here in the forum.. :D
