Need a Bank which allows Adultwork

Hallo from Germany,
i have a big big problem. The Bank Account was closing because the Bank regonized that money comes from Onlyfans. They closed the Bank Account immediately. So we search a new Bank but no Bank allows that kind of money.
We were at another bank, they say yes to a new BUSINESS account but next day they say no because the asked the old bank for the closing reason. The reason was Adultwork and the new bank dont want it too.

I checked all online Banks like

-Fidor
-Tomorrow
-Penta
-Revolut
-bunq
-N26
-Qonto

and more ! All this banks has in his AGBs the point no sexwork allowed. Some of these Bank doesnt allowed Sextoys to sell.
We dont get only money from Onlyfans, also from other sites but i think the problem is the transaction from "Fenix International Limited" .

Do you have any idea for a bank account ? We make all legal, pay tax and all is registrated safe ... but no bank wants that money.

Hello buddy,
I can recommend any Turkish bank, they are quite loyal in terms of the flow of income to the client’s account.

(provided that they can receive money from OF at all)
 
The Problem is that only fans allowed to have a bank account in the country where do you live... So german model with adress in germany needs a german bank account ... this is an information what i get for some minutes

Ah...well, in that case I can check with my friend from Germany, he told me something about this niche.
 
Use Paxum then you can transfer Paxum -> any bank in germany.
At the bank they will ask you what represent the money from Paxum... now use your imagination to tell them something legit.

Thats so not possible because every bank wants to see an invoice when the ask. you cant tell them something legit because the want to see the documents of the money... so thats the problem when they ask. The Idea to send it to Paxum is nice
but than you have the money on this wallet and cant to anything legal with it

Can you not use Paxum on the Germans girls OnlyFans and then transfer to Revolut? Or foreign bank?

But paxum have their own debit card, it is no need to withdraw the money in your bank, you can use their card to pay whatever you want.
I guess you can even link paxum card to apple pay (I'm not sure about this. you must check if it is possible).

yes the problem is also the Revolut dont allowed money from sexwork and Onlyfans is for it sexwork.

yes but what i have to say to the german tax office ?! So yes paxum is great but is paxum safe for the tax office ?! i dont think so and all money has to be on a business bank account... you know what i mean ?

Create a company and declare the money you made from OF and pay taxes.
If you use paxum debit card you don't need a bank in germany, just declare your income and pay taxes as any business.

okay sounds good - the Model has his own Onlyfans Account and send the Money to her Paxum Account and from her Paxum Account she sends the money to my bank account. This is the base idea and know i have to look how is that safe for the tax office.. so the bank cant say nothing because the money can be of all other reason...
 
You shouldnt have any problems when you go to your usual hausbank like sparkasse, volksbank, commerzbank or deutsche bank. they usually dont make any problems regarding adult money. its only the online banks N26, wise etc. that will give you problems.

Thats wrong !!! We were at the Sparkasse and the asked to the old band and get the information of the reason. So the Sparkasse said thats a big Problem and you cant get a Bank Account !!! Every Hausbank has it in his terms thats not allowed !!!

Well, Sparkasse said no, because another bank suspended your account. Not OF is the problem here.
If you had gone to Sparkasse before that suspension there shouldn't have been any problem.

Yes we are suspended because the money from OF was the Problem. That was the reason and the old bank said to the sparkasse the money is from Onlyfans and thats sexwork. We were at the beginning at the sparkasse
to open a bankaccount and they want to know what work she make. She said webcam and the sparkasse says also we dont want sexwork !
