Depends if you get the shared or dedicated option. Shared will rotate every 20mins - dedicated will only when you tell it to.

Does the speed get lowered after certain GB/month?

Would like a free trial for a couple of hours please. Specifically want to test if we can setup new FB accounts and work with them a couple of hours without running into security checks (which usually appear after 1-8 hours if proxies are no good).

Sure, got a skype? I've got a few clients who keep taking more modems for facebook, so I'd say it's working well.
