Native English Writer Required for Google News Site

I will make it simple.
I have a Google News website which needs more Native English news writers.

To start with, each day we need 12 breaking news articles (300 words) a day. You will be required to write absolute latest - trending articles, find a corresponding non-copyright protected image (give credit to the source) and post the articles on the Wordpress site (access will be provided).

We will first try your services for a month, and you will get a chance to be a permanent member of the team, hence getting your name featured on the Authors Section of the site.(which is in itself a great profile booster for any writer, and a sign of respect).

Having written for such a website in the past would be a plus point and
English and Grammer needs to be perfect.

Approach:
You will have to understand how to follow News trends, tell us how or what tools you will use to track trending stories. As this is a Google News site - articles that are trending now - Breaking News type articles will need only be posted. How will you ensure that you are posting only fresh articles?

Budget:
Note that our budget is per month: 12 articles per Day x 30 Days = 360 articles per month. Our Monthly fixed fee budget is $700 USD.
So quote for 30 days of news articles please.

The budget is not much right now but you can be a permanent part of the team and considered for incentives and pay hikes within no time, and as the site begins to generate more revenue. Hence we are looking for long term permanent writers to join our team.

If my math is correct that works out to less than $.25/100 words. That's not going to get you quality work. Especially when someone can get paid better on iWriter.

I'm not a native writer but this is borderline offensive. With your kind of budget, you should be hiring the worst writers from Bangladesh or India lol.
