Nathan Gallacher Not Providing Content

got contacted by Nathan after I posted a WTB for a scraping job to be done by a VA. Nathan took 11 pounds from me, does not respond on Skype anymore for almost 2 weeks.

No way to do business! Skype chat protocol is available as evidence for moderators.

Since Nathan has not been online for days, I did not inform him I was opening a shitlist. It won't reach him anyway since he is not been available on Skype for quite some time now. Hope this is okay considering the circumstances, if not I will contact him again and wait 72 hours as required per shit list rules.
