Nasty Backlink List Needed / Advise needed

So there is a website that do physing using my web brand, and i can't find any way to contact this annoying f*****. So in short im in need of bad list of backlink, a backlink that will ruin any of SEO web ofc, that make them stop sticking with my brand in page 1. Or is there any other option i have to make them stop ?
