NameCheap Stellar Plus performance?

I just want to ask to users here who use Stellar plus of namecheap if they are actually fine when you want to speed up your website or wordpress website?

My plan is to transfer my hosting to namecheap because I use the free 1yr google cloud and it will going to expire soon. So I am looking for cheap hosting monthly that also accept Crypto as payment.

Do you guys think I can speed up my blog or website in stellar plus even I am getting 500 to 1k traffic daily?

90% is required for SEO am I right?

But Im not a big fan of their service as their uptime let me down quite a few times and they transfer you from one support member to the other when you need help. Although the plan prices are quite good, so you know. If you're ok with having a bit more downtime than usual, you should go for them

I'm getting good score on google page speed insight but I have bad First Contentful Paint (FCP) and First Input Delay (FID).

Do you think I can still optimize the website to decrease FCP and FID which is recommended by console speed or google page insight?
Already used both wp rocket and optimize images with smush but I can't reduce the fcp and fid I think the problem inside the cpanel configuration am I right?
