Call your bank. Some of them refuse to reimburse fraudulent purchases if you dont.
Alarm bells should be ringing for anyone who receives an email from any company asking for CC info and logins. If there is a problem they will usually contact you when you login these days. Im a bit surprised at someone on here falling for this really.

yeah I know, thanks for sharing and posting your experience.
I've also been getting those fake emails posing as USPS and PAYPAL companies. I just send em to spam. These little scammers are stepping their game up with those html emails. They look exactly like the real thing.
I've been seeing them since 2009, and even before that I believe. So it's nothing new.
They're just more common now.
I think if you get a decent spamfilter you won't run into as many. Just make sure never to fill in any information on a fake website.
So when you're about to fill in bank details, paypal, credit card info etc make sure you look at the url on the site.

It's unfortunate to hear that you got robbed, OP. NEVER ever take any similar action directly from inside an email. Go to the website in question and log in from there. 90% of the time it's a scam.

because it's the kind of scam that's directed at new internet users, and anyone in this community should know better than to be taken in by something that targets my grandparents
till trying to figure out if the OP is for real or just trolling. I can't believe someone would send the whole CC # etc by email. Check the real source of the email and where it actually came from - I mean we all know its not namecheap but like others said it was just spoofed so will obviously be sent to someone else. You could send the email with tracking next time to get their ip etc.Anyways , chargeback with you bank. Report as stolen and get a new cc and hopefully learn your lesson. By the way lucky if they simply bought a few domains.
