Namecheap.com is a RIPOFF

Further to what everyone's said above, I'm pretty sure NameCheap credits can be withdrawn.

Yeah NameCheap has always came through for me. Didn't buy any cyber Monday domains but I should have though. I love NameCheap!

I had some problems with ordering on Monday. I ordered the same thing twice and it failed both times. I made a ticket to Namecheap, they refunded one of my paypal payments and fixed my order problems.

They seem pretty decent to deal with.

To be honest it's no wonder you've had a bad experience. People with an attitude like yours tend to have bad experiences no matter where they go. You've come on here and created a shitlist thread in the domain name parking area about one of the most reputable, helpful and cheap domain name registrars in existence, that many of us have had years of happy times with.

I think the truth is you're not telling the whole story and you probably immediately went on the war path with support accusing them of being scammers. You also used entirely the wrong coupon, didn't even bother to check the multiple screens you get asking you to confirm the total amount and then you most likely attacked support calling them scammers and demanding a full refund only to find they didn't cooperate with you because of your attitude.

The problem was yours. You used a "VERISIGNCB" coupon. Do you not know who VERISIGN are? *facepalm* Next time try to resolve things calmly and don't create shitlists about good companies.

Toby ur an ass! Namecheap is a great company i've been with them several years now. My site has never been down! And their customer support is great. Ive seen a lot of idiots complain bout the coupon on their Facebook and i think its ridiculous.

They even gave my girlfriend a free iPad once

Namecheap is my number one choice for domains, gotta say they are above the rest
