All the payments must be made either with your own credit card or with a verified PayPal account in your name. Alternatively, we can offer you to pay via wire transfer.

Namecheap suspended y account and deleted all my SEO optimized domains from my account and i am unable to buy them from other domain name provider.I am getting heavy loss just because of Namecheap and lost my monthly income which was coming from 10 domains. The whole thing was done after paypal freezed my account and namecheap sucks because of their policy , they are charging 50usd per reversal. SUCK

You agreed to their policy when registering your domain names. The only one who sucks here is you for not reading what you are signing up for

Dude their good! they are the FASTEST in getting your domain live. You need to read TOS

Namecheap are better than most and I have used them for over 4 years - now Paypal is a totally different story.

I still like them, but went elsewhere and moving my domains as they come up for renewal. Legit script put 2 domains on hold and namecheap wouldn't/couldn't release them to me to transfer. The email notice went to my spam folder so I lost them, but will try to get them when they expire.

Their hands were forced with legit script and namecheap did apoligize but said nothing they could do and I should take legal action against those legit fucks. Instead I just bought the .org and been using every tool i have to try and get it to the top. I still like namecheap but sleep better now knowing my domains are offshore and not under enom control.

The notice you posted says that transactions were reversed. Did Paypal actually reverse your transactions or did they just limit your account?

Regardless of the situation, you did agree to their TOS. If you didn't abide by their request, then any action they took against was totally warranted. Considering that Paypal was the driving force behind the loss of your account, I would really be more upset with them.

But, in any case, there's a lesson to be learned here. It's something that everyone should know by now.

Your current circumstance is just another reason that validates why so many people feel this way. Now, as far as your NameCheap account goes, have you even tried to rectify the situation? I'm sure that they maintained your account data as well as your domains, you just need to take the proper action to get back in good standing with them.

Good luck, and like others have said, NameCheap is a great registrar. I think they are one of the best. Paypal, on the other hand, is very unethical and should never be trusted.

I've been using Namecheap for 6 years without one problem ever. Sometime shit doesnt work out your way. That doesn;t mean it's a scam.

i don't think so, namecheap is great registrar, i buy the domain and it takes few minutes to go live!

I agree with pretty much everyone in this thread. Namecheap is my favorite registrar and I will stick with them unless they really do scam someone...if ever. It does suck that this happened to you, I am sorry. PayPal is not what it used to be. They're not very reliable with money.

a $150 fine is harsh for what probably is typical paypal incompetency. Maybe you can speak to a CS advisor and try to get them to waive it for you?

No it's not scam, I have used it a long time and they have great and fast support and it's all good

get in touch with them, or ask them to transfer the domain. I hope they will help you in this.

they are not a "scam" but those fees are!

Namecheap is one of the best domain registrar. If you have 50 - 300 domains you can ask for coupon code (GOLDDEAL) and for more than 300 domains coupon code (DIAMONDS).

namecheap never scammed me.
