Name all non-vip forums

Can anyone name all non-vip forums here that will let you post freely ? I'm tired of checking them one by one which forum will let you post.

Your question is somewhat ambiguous; do you mean sections you can post in for free or do you mean sections that don't have any restrictions to post in whatsoever?

especially when the site name promotes a payed service
just a cheap shot way to avoid paying 97$ to advert here

I have used their service in the past. I accidentally used my personal mail to signup on their website and after I decided not to continue with their services, they have spammed me to death with coming back promotional offers. A big failure.
