oh man.. I was about to help him with SEO for his site, but changed my mind after the way he spoke to me through skype. I did not deal with him, because he was not professional, but never thought that he would be such a big cheat, I just through him to be a dimwit. We need to do more than just banning for such low lives who threaten clients about stealing the CC info and ripping them off and trying to steal the clients' clients.

Messaging a client's clients is taking it to a whole nother level. If I ordered something for a client and he tried stealing my client and my money basically I would be absolutely FURIOUS. Sorry you had to go through that OP

I just got this from him. As a side note, if possible you should get a business AMEX card and link it to your PP account and pay from that. If you have problems, dispute it with AMEX and not PP and you will get your money back. If you funded via PP with another credit card, you could try that as well but AMEX is notoriously one-sided in the favor of card holders when in dispute.
