Summary you need to get backlink. And you should comment your category video. And last You need niche channel and keywords.

YouTube doesn't care what kind of videos you comment on, but you should. For example, there's no point in commenting on dog training videos if you make gaming videos, because your comments won't convert. The "method" OP is referring to is just self-promotion, it's nothing new.
Also, a YouTube channel doesn't gain authority by commenting on other videos, a YouTube channel gains authority by uploading YouTube videos and accumulating watch time, views, engagements, and having a good average view duration, AKA. metrics the YouTube algorithm values.

Yes that’s true but this is not only comments. You need some backlink, nice keywords. Orginal category... ıf you do all methods you will be guarentee succesful

Backlinks aren't actually carry much weight in the eyes of the YouTube algorithm anymore, neither does the category a YouTube channel is in. Sure, these things do hold some weight, but there are other areas that someone looking to grow a YouTube channel should be devoting time to.
