my youtube InDisplay Ad not Getting Impressions?

i have created an indisplay video ad in youtube and its been 2 days and haven't got any impressions..

This what i have done:

Daily budget: $50
Max PPV: 0.1
targetted keywords: 400+

Didnt target: interest or topics.

Ad Stasus: ELIGIBLE (its been 2 days)

Can you see why i am not gettting any impressions? What do you suspect? please post your opinion.
