Hello, i found some site linked to my site in ahref by some kind of backlink from some strange domains like 819987.7w0atz2(.)com or some draft domain that I don't know.

Code:
[mydomain.com/?cat=大奖TTG老虎机注册送彩金www.djyl18.com&s=大奖TTG老虎机注册送彩金www.djyl18.com]

this url like something (.) com/?cat come from searching functions on wordpress.
Then, I don't know if my site is hacked or malware code attacted or no, if somebody has seen this error, or this kind of backlink to your site, Please hep me too,
Thank you for reading my problem.

I would delete the whole installation from Cpanel and start again from scratch. You can manually copy and paste your content over from the old site.

Consider a free malware WP plugin such as Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall

thank you for your ideal, i 'm thinking of it.

There is no reason in deleting "the whole installation from Cpanel" if you do not remove the way your site got infected (stolen passwords, old version of addons or scripts).
First of all check your PC for malware/viruses/etc. This will eliminate one possible way of getting infected.
Secondly change all hosting, wp, mysql passwords. Than check with your hoster if they have malware detection scripts on their end (some hosters do have and they will give you details of infected files). If they don't - find such script and run it on your server.
After you find infected files - just delete suspicious part of code.
If all this looks difficult for you - find somebody who will manage your site.

First fix any loopholes, then redo the whole site. Also check your indexed pages on Google, using site:domain.com and if you notice any pages that shouldnt be there, request manual removal through WMT.

could be your hosting is compromised, change your hosting password first before doing anything, or better switch hosting.
