Not necessarily. SEO usually takes 4–6 months to show strong results, but by now you should at least see improvements in rankings and traffic. If you're getting no leads at all, ask your agency for a detailed SEO performance report and their plan for generating leads.

Check your Ranking in google search console check backlinks Which you have made backlinks check indexing of the backlinks if they are index or not.

seo takes time and tests your patience. but you should get weekly or monthly reports from them. check what work they have done and talk to them if anything needs to be changed.

Yeah, a proper report is important. At least some progress in rankings or traffic should be visible after a few months.
